Qualifications

• Education substitution allowed: college hours may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Administers customer service for license applications and renewals under Florida statutes.
• Maintain appointment calendars and examine applications and supporting docs for completion.
• Notarization of oath and fingerprinting administration.
• Data entry and record keeping in a complex EDMS database.
• Handle inquiries on eligibility requirements and interpret applicable statutes.
