Qualifications

• College education substitution: 30 semester or 45 quarter hours per year for each year of required clerical work experience.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience equals two years.
• Foreign degree verification may be required; credential evaluation for degrees earned outside the United States.

Responsibilities

• Administers customer service by providing application intake for licenses and related processes.
• Maintains appointment calendars, reviews applications and supporting docs, notarizes oaths, scans fingerprints, and handles payments.
• Issues and prints renewal licenses.
• Performs data entry into the EDMS and maintains records and statistics.
• Responds to inquiries about eligibility and requirements; assists in hearings; supports licensing processing.
