Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of call center or customer service experience handling complex or escalated inquiries.
• Minimum of one year interpreting and applying laws, rules, or regulatory requirements to resolve complex issues.
• Professional office environment with standard operations and compliance expectations.
• Must be willing to physically come into the office to perform job duties.

Responsabilités

• Conduct independent research on licensing requirements and regulatory processes.
• Provide accurate explanations and guidance on licensure, examinations, and application statuses to applicants and licensees.
• Offer direction and guidance to call center staff on complex licensing inquiries and procedures.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other units to resolve escalated regulatory issues and ensure consistent information.
