Job summary

Acrisure is seeking an Associate Specialist – Regulatory Affairs (Licensing) to support leadership in complex licensing initiatives, manage cross-functional projects, and drive process improvements. The role offers a strategic opportunity to influence efficiency and compliance across the organization.

The Licensing team collaborates with TPA, MGA, and reinsurance licensing activities while ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related field or equivalent.
Minimum two years of licensing support experience in a regulated industry.
At least three years in a customer service or administrative role.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with ServiceNow, Monday.com, and Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

Train and mentor staff on licensing processes, systems, and work items.
Coordinate workflows across licensing functions (TPA, MGA, and reinsurance licensing).
Monitor daily licensing operations for efficiency, accuracy, and procedures.
Serve as the primary liaison between Licensing, agency partners, and licensed employees.
Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive information per regulatory requirements.
Support licensing components of mergers and acquisitions and post-close integration.
