Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Own financial planning, annual planning, and quarterly forecasting.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with licensees, including contract negotiations.
• Ensure product assortments and launches align with retail strategies and demand.
• Partner with Product Design and Marketing to align go-to-market plans.
• Collaborate with Brand Commercialization, Marketing, and Sales teams.
