Job summary

Paramount is seeking a Manager, Global Hardlines Licensing in Los Angeles to lead domestic and global toy strategies, collaborate with regional teams, and drive day-to-day execution of hardlines initiatives.

You will work with cross-functional partners to formulate category strategies, identify new opportunities, manage P&L, and coordinate product development with the Global Creative Group. Domestic/international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; strong strategic and commercial vision.
• Experience in toy/entertainment licensing and category growth.
• Proven ability to manage licenses, deals, and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement category strategies aligned with brand plans.
• Identify and develop new licensing initiatives and deals.
• Develop quarterly revenue estimates and lead forecasts.
• Coordinate product development with Global Creative Group.
• Provide licensees with materials to drive innovation and retail expansion.
• Collaborate with Retail Development to support seasonal windows.
• Liaise with leaders across functions to drive unified strategies.
• Oversee licensee relationships and contract management.
• Prepare business updates for senior leadership.
