Dassault Systèmes seeks a Fulfillment Management Associate to analyze, control, and approve license keys for both on‑premise and Cloud deployments within DSx.Client Order and key activation tools, aligned with customer agreements and 3DS policies.

You will manage cloud environments, orchestrate NTSRs, perform audits, and push Fulfillment through automated workflows. Collaborate with Sales Transaction Support and Partners to expand capabilities and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience with license key management and software entitlement
• Familiarity with cloud deployment models and on‑premise environments
• Ability to perform quality audits and ensure policy compliance
• Proven track record in improving business processes and cross‑functional cooperation
• Experience with automation technologies (RPA/AI) is a plus

Responsabilités

• Analyze, control, and approve license keys for on‑prem and cloud environments
• Manage cloud environments and service access deployments
• Prioritize and dispatch Non‑Technical Service Requests (NTSRs)
• Act as expert on license key processes and activation tools
• Conduct internal and external Fulfillment audits
• Scale Fulfillment activities through Training and delegation
• Drive automation and tool transformation via IDEAs and testing
• Support Sales Transaction Support and Partners through knowledge sharing
