VAST Data is seeking a Senior Software Order Fulfillment & Licensing Specialist to own software order execution and resolve complex licensing and system configuration changes. You will collaborate with Sales, Support, Finance, IT, and Fulfillment to ensure accurate records and timely activation.

The role requires strong analytical skills, independence in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to assess downstream financial impacts while maintaining audit trails.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in order management, software fulfillment, licensing operations, or related roles.
• Experience managing complex software licensing or entitlement changes.
• Proficiency with ERP or order management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own software orders from validation through license fulfillment with accuracy and timeliness.
• Validate products, quantities, terms, customer data, and fulfillment needs.
• Maintain records across Salesforce, NetSuite, and related systems.
• Evaluate license changes including transfers and updates from system reconfigurations.
• Coordinate with Finance on invoicing and revenue implications.
• Investigate discrepancies and drive corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
