Dassault Systèmes, the 3DEXPERIENCE Company, seeks a Contract Legal Counsel to support Americas operations in San Diego, CA or Waltham, CA, with a hybrid schedule (onsite 3 days/week).

You will draft, review and negotiate software licenses, services, IP licenses and NDAs, advise on legal risk, coordinate with sales, services and finance, and guide global contract terms while ensuring compliance with company policy and laws.

Competenze

• Juris Doctor from an accredited US law school.
• 3-5 years of legal experience at either a law firm or in-house, or both.
• Work onsite at DS local offices; hybrid work schedule with 2 days remote.
• Strong drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts with domestic and international customers.

Mansioni

• Draft, review and negotiate software license and services agreements.
• Coordinate contractual relationships with customers, partners and suppliers.
• Advise on legal issues, including IP, policy and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with sales, services and finance to implement processes and risk controls.
• Identify and report potential risk in contracts and products.
