Job summary

Qualifications

• Eight-year combination of education and/or professional experience in healthcare or social services.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team and lead licensing surveys and complaint investigations for assisted housing and behavioral health providers.
• Coordinate surveyor activities with unit leaders and schedule licensing surveys and investigations.
• Ensure documentation adheres to unit policies and provide technical assistance to licensees.
• Review statements of deficiencies and ensure proper documentation.
• Provide orientation and ongoing training for staff.
• Review plans of correction and enforcement decisions.
• Complete evaluations and assist Program Manager with staff evaluations.
• Triage complaints and assign workloads.
• Communicate with other offices to share licensing-related information.
• Monitor program reports and evaluate performance.
