Job summary

Qualifications

• Eight years of education and/or professional experience in social services.
• Eight years combination of education and/or professional experience in healthcare or social services.
• Ideal candidates will have investigative skills, regulatory knowledge, and leadership experience in supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team and provide leadership to surveyors conducting licensing surveys and complaint investigations for assisted housing and behavioral health providers.
• Coordinate surveyor activities with unit leaders and ensure surveys and investigations are scheduled timely and documented per policies.
• Review statements of deficiencies and plans of correction; provide training and performance evaluations for staff.
• Triage complaints, assign workloads, and provide technical assistance to providers to ensure compliance with licensing regulations.
