Job summary

The Arizona State Board of Pharmacy is seeking a Licensing Administrator in Phoenix. This role processes license applications and permits, coordinating with various Agency areas to ensure timely, accurate handling and review by the Board.

Under supervision, you will respond to applicant questions, present files for regulatory review, and support the call center. This position offers remote work within Arizona based on training and performance measures.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn state and federal rules, policies and procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and G-Suite applications.

Responsibilities

• Process licensing applications, forms and requests with accuracy.
• Coordinate with Agency areas to ensure timely processing.
• Answer applicant questions by phone or in person about requirements.
• Prepare and present files to the Board for review.
• Support licensing-related calls and inquiries at the call center.
• Issue licenses and permits as part of daily duties.
