Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years related licensing/compliance experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and judgment.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of firm processes to support licensing compliance activities.
• Review requests for completeness and regulatory alignment.
• Drive matters to resolution with timely follow-up and clear steps.
• Conduct research, reconcile information, and provide recommendations.
• Partner with professionals and licensing authorities on licensing actions.
• Elevate sensitive or complex risk matters for review.
• Participate in leadership meetings with updates and questions.
• Document work in appropriate systems to maintain a clear record.
• Use analytics and project management to organize work and meet deadlines.
• Build relationships across ECRM and risk management teams.
• Contribute to training and process improvements.
• Produce high-quality work while protecting confidential information.
