Job summary

EY is seeking an ECRM Professional Licensing Compliance Associate to support licensing and certification requirements across the firm. The role involves researching policies, ensuring timely completion, and serving as a liaison among professionals and risk teams.

Work is performed with limited supervision within a centralized licensing compliance function, contributing to training, knowledge sharing, and process improvements while handling confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Approximately 1–3 years related experience.
• Strong written/verbal communication and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of firm processes, policies, resources, and tools to support licensing compliance activities and internal customers.
• Review requests and supporting information for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with firm and regulatory requirements.
• Drive matters to resolution by following up on requests, clarifying information needs, and communicating next steps.
• Document work performed, findings, decisions, and supporting rationale in appropriate systems.
• Partner with professionals and licensing authorities to resolve licensing issues across applications and renewals.
• Identify and elevate sensitive or risk matters requiring additional review.
