Job summary

EY is seeking an ECRM Professional Licensing Compliance Associate to support firm professionals in meeting mandatory licensing and certification requirements. The role involves applying policy guidance, conducting research, and driving timely compliance while maintaining confidential information across licensing matters.

The Associate acts as a point of contact, documents decisions, and contributes to risk mitigation, knowledge sharing, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Approximately 1–3 years related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of firm processes, policies, resources, and tools to support licensing compliance activities and internal customers.
• Review requests and supporting information for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with firm and regulatory requirements.
• Drive matters to resolution by following up on requests, clarifying information needs, answering licensing questions, and communicating next steps.
• Conduct internal and external research; reconcile information; assess unique or complex circumstances; and develop practical, well-supported recommendations.
• Partner with professionals and licensing authorities to resolve licensing issues, including initial, reciprocal, renewal, or rejected applications, as applicable.
• Identify and promptly elevate sensitive, complex, quality, confidentiality, or risk matters that require additional review.
• Document work performed, findings, decisions, and supporting rationale in appropriate systems or work programs to maintain a clear review record.
