Job summary

EY is seeking an ECRM Professional Licensing Compliance Associate to support licensing and certification requirements across the firm. You will apply policy, conduct research, and help drive timely completion of licensing matters while documenting decisions and escalating when needed.

This centralized function partners with professionals and licensing authorities, develops knowledge of regulatory requirements, and provides updates to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Approximately 1-3 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of firm processes, policies, resources, and tools to support licensing compliance activities and internal customers.
• Review requests and information for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with requirements.
• Drive matters to resolution by following up on requests and communicating next steps.
• Conduct internal and external research; reconcile information and develop recommendations.
• Partner with professionals and licensing authorities to resolve licensing issues (initial, renewal, etc.).
• Document work performed and decisions to maintain a clear review record.
• Use analytical and project management methods to organize work and meet deadlines.
