EY seeks an ECRM Professional Licensing Compliance Associate to support firm professionals in meeting licensing requirements and applying regulatory guidance. The role conducts research, resolves licensing matters, and drives timely compliance within a centralized licensing function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in licensing/compliance or regulatory environments is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of firm processes, policies, resources, and tools to support licensing compliance activities.
• Review requests for completeness and alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Drive matters to resolution by following up on requests and clarifying information needs.
• Conduct internal and external research to support decisions and recommendations.
• Partner with professionals and licensing authorities to resolve licensing issues (initial, renewal, or rejected).
• Escalate sensitive or complex matters requiring further review.
• Participate in meetings with leadership and stakeholders to share updates and recommendations.
• Document work performed and maintain clear review records.
• Use analytical and project management methods to organize work and meet deadlines.
• Build relationships across ECRM and the firm to serve as liaison with risk management and relevant teams.
• Contribute to training and process improvements to strengthen efficiency and controls.
