Job summary

EY is seeking a Professional Licensing Compliance Associate to support licensing requirements across the organization. You will apply policy guidance, conduct research, and drive timely compliance while documenting decisions and maintaining a clear review record.

The role is part of a centralized licensing function with a focus on risk mitigation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement. Work is performed with limited supervision and appropriate oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 1–3 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret policies and apply regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of firm processes, policies, resources, and tools to support licensing compliance activities and internal customers.
• Review requests and supporting information for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with firm and regulatory requirements.
• Drive matters to resolution by following up on requests, clarifying information needs, answering licensing questions, and communicating next steps.
• Conduct internal and external research; reconcile information; assess unique or complex circumstances; and develop practical, well-supported recommendations.
• Partner with professionals and licensing authorities to resolve licensing issues, including initial, reciprocal, renewal, or rejected applications.
