Job summary

EY is seeking an ECRM Professional Licensing Compliance Associate to support licensing and certification requirements across the firm. The role applies policy, conducts research, resolves licensing matters, and documents decisions and due diligence.

The Associate develops knowledge of licensing policies, assists with renewals, advises on complex situations, and provides updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Approximately 1–3 years related licensing experience.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of firm processes to support licensing compliance.
• Review requests for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory alignment.
• Drive matters to resolution by following up and clarifying needs.
• Conduct internal and external research; reconcile information; assess complex circumstances; provide recommendations.
• Partner with professionals and licensing authorities to resolve licensing issues.
• Identify and escalate sensitive or risk matters requiring review.
• Participate in meetings with leadership and stakeholders; share updates and recommendations.
• Document work performed and maintain a clear review record.
• Use analytics and project management to organize work and meet deadlines.
• Build relationships across ECRM and the firm; liaise with risk management teams.
• Contribute to training and process improvements for efficiency and controls.
• Produce high-quality work while protecting confidential information.
