Responsibilities

• Process producer new and renewal licensing applications for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain licensing database and monitor licensing mailbox; communicate status to stakeholders.
• Coordinate producer appointments and manage licensing renewals and regulatory changes.
• Review legislation and bulletins to assess impact on licensing procedures; communicate findings.
• Monitor license renewal reminders and ensure invoices are paid and reconciled.
