Responsibilities

• Processes producer new and renewal licensing applications on behalf of the producer for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitors producer licensing mailbox for communication requiring responses or follow-up.
• Maintains licensing database and references updates to licensing information.
• Processes company appointments into system and confirms compliance requirements.
• Reviews legislation, bulletins, and regulations to assess impact and inform the department manager.
• Monitors state regulatory changes and discusses licensing impacts with the team.
• Monitors license renewal reminders and ensures timely invoice payments and reconciliation.
