Job summary

CT Corporation, a part of Wolters Kluwer, seeks a detail-oriented Customer Service Operations Associate to manage license renewals, research filing requirements, and support licensing portfolios. This hybrid role requires in-office presence 2-3x per week and an ability to handle multiple priorities with accuracy.

Ideal candidates bring at least one year of B2B client service, strong MS Office skills, and a proactive, analytical approach.

Qualifications

• B2B client service experience preferred in banking, insurance, hospitality, retail or legal.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required.
• Ability to absorb product knowledge quickly and apply it to client needs.
• Sound business judgment and discretion.
• Experience generating add-on sales revenue preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, time-management and multi-tasking skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Compile and submit all assigned customer renewals.
• Research rejected renewals and needed corrections.
• Issue monthly invoices.
• Build Pre-Filing summaries.
• Coordinate with coworkers to manage license portfolios.
• Serve as subject matter expert of the department, company and industry.
