Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Customer Service Operations Associate (CSOA) - Filing Manager to join the Account Services Department within CT's Business Licensing team. The role focuses on preparing and submitting applications to obtain, amend, renew, or close licenses for clients.

The CSOA collaborates with the Customer Success Associate-Account Managers to ensure timely fulfillment of filing orders and maintains documentation in our internal systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of data entry and/or licensing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file standard, advanced and specialized applications and renewals across a variety of clients and industries.
• Submit 50-100 applications per week (varies based on complexity of filings).
• Work closely with CSAs to ensure timely fulfillment of all filing orders and to resolve barriers to licensure.
• Ensure changes to filing processes are documented in the internal database by relaying changes to BL's onboarding/research teams.
• Operate efficiently within an internal collaborative team environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
