Job summary

The Nagler Group in Westborough, MA seeks a Retail Licensing Coordinator to support the Licensing & Compliance team in obtaining and maintaining regulatory licenses across U.S. jurisdictions.

The role is primarily onsite, with a potential for one remote day per week depending on business needs. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple administrative tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a business office or retail environment; 3–5 years preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, file, and maintain regulatory submissions, including license applications and renewals.
• Maintain internal systems, records, and databases.
• Provide general administrative support, including filing, mailing, copying, and document organization.
• Research regulatory requirements and determine appropriate licensing actions.
• Collaborate with internal departments and government agencies as needed.
• Support various licensing, regulatory, and compliance projects.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure deadlines are met.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
