Northeast Community Clinic is seeking an Operations Licensing, Registration, and Certification Coordinator to oversee licensing, registrations, and renewals across federal, state, and local programs. You will coordinate with departments to maintain active credentials and ensure timely renewals to support uninterrupted clinic operations.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate with regulatory agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare/administrative field is required or preferred.
• Experience with regulatory licensing, credentialing, and case coordination is desired.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulatory programs and compliance concepts preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and maintain licenses, certifications, registrations, and renewals across federal, state, and local programs.
• Track renewal deadlines and proactively initiate processes to prevent lapses.
• Prepare status reports and communicate regulatory updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other departments to obtain required documentation and ensure compliance.
