Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Experience reviewing and adhering to licensing and regulatory programs.
• Ability to read and interpret government regulations and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with new licensing requirements and renewal calendars.
• Research and determine applicable rules across jurisdictions affecting operations.
• Analyze and translate rules to complete licensing requirements for business units.
• Assist in preparation and filing of licenses to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
• Coordinate with licensing agencies to address compliance issues and clarify requirements.
• Meet with internal departments to develop plans addressing license communications and strategies.
• Maintain License Automation System and coordinate with IT/tax for changes.
• Support transitions of licensing functions after company acquisitions.
• Review license applications and approve license payments when required.
