Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands seeks a Licensing Coordinator to manage regulatory licenses and filings across dealership, finance, and compliance functions. You will support internal teams, coordinate store openings, and drive process improvements while maintaining strong agency relationships.

You will research and interpret state licensing requirements, track renewals, and ensure ongoing compliance across multiple jurisdictions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of licensing, compliance, operations, or related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Familiarity with state licensing regulations or process improvement concepts is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to retail stores and internal departments on licensing inquiries.
• Assist with opening new store locations by ensuring licensing requirements are met.
• Plan, coordinate, and perform license reviews to ensure compliance.
• Maintain licenses through renewals, updates, and tracking.
• Research state-specific regulations and interpret requirements.
• Monitor dealership operations for licensing alignment.
• Develop and improve licensing and compliance processes.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership.
• Communicate with regulatory agencies professionally.
• Review statutory references and apply requirements to business practices.
