Job summary

Fortegra is seeking a Licensing Analyst in Jacksonville to prepare, review, and process entity licensing applications and annual renewals. The role supports compliance projects and maintains license data across systems.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of agency licensing experience, familiarity with SIRCON, NIPR, and IPORTAL, and strong Excel/data entry skills in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient computer skills across multiple software systems and data entry.
• Experience in insurance agency licensing and appointments preferred.
• Familiarity with SIRCON, NIPR and IPORTAL systems preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and files new entity appointment and licensing applications with regulatory agencies and handles inquiries and annual renewals.
• Tracks agent appointments for new and renewal deadlines.
• Invoices agents or accounts for reimbursement of license fees.
• Maintains license information and codes correctly into computer system.
• Assists with other Compliance projects such as document production for regulatory agencies, responses to complaints and other matters.
• Maintains license pending files and reviews/works weekly.
