Qualifications

• 8+ years of licensing or business development experience.
• Strong track record of sourcing and closing licensing deals.
• Established relationships with licensors or brand owners.
• Knowledge of retail merchandising and consumer trends.

Responsabilités

• Identify and secure new licensing partnerships with brands and agencies.
• Lead licensing negotiations, including royalties and guarantees.
• Manage and expand existing licensing relationships.
• Develop licensing strategies aligned with retailer needs.
• Represent EnVogue at trade shows and partner meetings.
