Job summary

About the Role

As Director of Licensing, you will lead EnVogue's licensing partnerships and business development efforts across home décor and consumer products. This role focuses on securing new brand partnerships, negotiating licensing agreements, and expanding our licensed brand portfolio to drive business growth.

What You'll Do

• Identify, pursue, and secure new licensing partnerships with brands, licensors, and agencies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brand owners and industry partners.
• Lead licensing negotiations, including royalties, minimum guarantees, and category rights.
• Evaluate potential licenses based on brand positioning, demand, and opportunities.
• Develop licensing strategies aligned with retailer needs and company goals.
• Identify new brand extensions, product categories, and business opportunities.
• Manage and expand existing licensing partnerships.
• Research industry trends, emerging brands, and licensing opportunities.
• Represent EnVogue at trade shows, industry events, and partner meetings.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in licensing, brand partnerships, or business development within consumer products, home décor, fashion, or related industries.
• Commercial licensing experience on the licensor or licensee side,
• Preferably within wholesale, retail, or consumer products.
• Established relationships with licensors, licensing agencies, brand owners, or industry partners.
• Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing licensing agreements.
• Knowledge of retail merchandising, consumer trends, and brand positioning.
• Proactive, commercially driven, and skilled at building long-term partnerships.
