Kate Spade New York is seeking a Director, Global Licensing to lead and manage its 15+ licensed portfolio across eyewear, fragrance, watches, tech, swim, home, and more. This role reports to the VP of Americas Wholesale, Global Licensing & Collaborations/GM, Jewelry, and requires strong business acumen, contract skill, and partner leadership.
The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day partner communications, develop long-range plans by category, and drive growth with licensees while
Formación
- 8+ years of experience in fashion and/or home industries – Licensing experience required.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office, Workfront and Adobe InDesign.
Responsabilidades
- Manage day-to-day communications with licensee partners.
- Develop, with manager, long-range plan for division and by category.
- Analyze opportunities to grow business in existing and new categories.
- Interface with international division to maximize new business opportunities.
- Lead Japan local licensing team.
- Research and drive business development with licensees.
- Amend and update legal documents; drive contract renewals with legal.
