Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of data entry, licensing, or administrative support preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with government agencies and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and manage licensing applications, renewals, and amendments.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure timely filings and remove roadblocks.
• Maintain accurate documentation of process changes and support continual improvement.
• Support team during peak workloads and PTO to ensure project continuity.
• Assist with account audits and general office support during busy mailing seasons.
