Ideal candidates have licensing experience in nonprofit/payroll/tax registration contexts, strong communication, CRM proficiency, and the ability to mentor new teammates while upholding QA standards.

Qualifications

• Licensing background in Non‑Profit, Payroll, Sales Tax Registration, or Industry Licensing environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to build rapport with customers.
• Ability to solve moderately complex issues effectively.
• Strong time management and organization skills.
• Good understanding of multiple product/service features.
• Knowledge of quality assurance standards.
• Ability to train and mentor new team members.

Responsibilities

• Respond to a wide range of customer inquiries.
• Resolve moderately complex customer issues and complaints.
• Process and verify customer orders and billing information.
• Assist with account upgrades and changes.
