Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS Corp.) is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support team growth in Washington state. Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree with 1000 field work hours and one year of ABA experience.
• Graduate from a recognized bachelor’s degree program under WAC 246-805-210 with at least 135 ABA hours.
• Complete a supervised experience requirement under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure all required documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees’ professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
