Qualifikationen

• Active WA state licensure (or eligibility) per requirements.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year ABA experience.
• Graduate from WAC 246-805-210; complete 135 classroom hours in behavior analysis topics.
• Complete supervised experience per WAC 246-805-230.

Aufgaben

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams for efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure policy/regulatory compliance.
• Manage scheduling, time off approvals, and staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation (E-Sign, post hire docs, compliance forms) is accurate and timely.
• Mentor and support supervisees' professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards in line with licensure and certification.
