Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS Corp.) is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee the delivery of ABA services across multiple teams. You will ensure continuity of care, support program implementation, and uphold clinical standards with a focus on ethical practice.

The role requires strong organizational leadership, clinical judgment, and the ability to coordinate with regional teams. Bilingual English/Spanish applicants are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged to apply.
• Active state licensure required.
• Bachelor's degree with ABA fieldwork hours and supervised experience as per state regs.
• 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics and supervised experience per WAC 246-805-210/220/230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and staff needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed on time.
• Mentor supervisees and support professional development.
• Uphold licensure and certification standards.
