LABA/Program Manager oversees and coordinates high quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and supporting the professional growth of their teams. Qualifications

• Active state licensure
• Bachelor’s degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year of ABA experience
• Graduate from a recognized bachelor’s degree program under WAC 246-805-210 with 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics
• Complete a supervised experience requirement under WAC 246-805-230

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs
• Ensure documentation (E Sign, post hire documents, compliance forms) is completed accurately and on time
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards per licensure and certification requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in ABA or related field

135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics
