Fundamental is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a double weekend shift in Round Rock, TX. The role supports a nurse team and focuses on compassionate patient care during Saturday and Sunday 6:00 AM–10:00 PM.

You will deliver direct nursing care, collect data, and communicate observations while coordinating with staff to ensure quality outcomes. Prior long-term care experience and a valid LVN license are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility preferred.
• Licensed LVN in good standing with the state.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to patients according to the Nurse Practice Act and guidelines.
• Collect patient data, observe and report pertinent information.
• Direct and supervise care given by other nursing staff as needed.

Posted Salary Range

USD $31.00 - USD $34.50 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Works under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment.
• Responsible for delivering nursing care to patients requiring care, collecting patient data, making observations and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients.
• Will also direct and supervise care given by other nursing staff members as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be a licensed LVN in good standing with the state (as required)
• 1+ years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility strongly preferred
• Reliable transportation required
