Falcon Ridge Rehabilitation Suites is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse for the 700 PM - 700 AM shift in a long-term care setting. You will work closely with the nursing staff to deliver compassionate patient care and collect essential data for ongoing treatment.

If you are a Licensed Vocational Nurse with a true passion for patient care and compassion for others, with a commitment to teamwork, USD $31.00 - $34.50 /Hr. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

• Works under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment.
• Responsible for delivering nursing care to patients requiring care, collecting patient data, making observations and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients.
• Will also direct and supervise care given by other nursing staff members as needed.
• Must be a licensed LVN in good standing with the state (as required)
• 1+ years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility strongly preferred
• Reliable transportation required
