Job summary

Terra Bella Health and Wellness Suites in Houston, TX is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our nursing team in a long‑term care setting. You will provide compassionate patient care, collect observations, document data, and report pertinent information while working under supervision and supporting other staff.

A current LVN license in good standing is required; 1+ year LTAC experience is strongly preferred; reliable transportation and a collaborative, patient‑centered approach are

• 1+ year of nursing experience in a long-term care facility strongly preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.

• Works under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment.
• Deliver nursing care to patients requiring care, collect patient data, make observations and report pertinent information to the care of patients.
• Direct and supervise care given by other nursing staff members as needed.

USD $30.00 - USD $32.00 /Hr.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
