Job summary

Fundamental in Belton, TX is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse for full-time night shifts (12 hours, 6pm–6am). A $7,500 sign-on bonus is offered for new hires who start before 7/31/2026.

You will deliver nursing care under state guidelines, document observations, and supervise care for other staff. A Texas LVN license and 1+ year long-term care experience are preferred; reliable transportation is required. Competitive benefits apply.

Posted Salary Range

USD $28.00 - USD $31.00 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Works under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment.
• Responsible for delivering nursing care to patients requiring care, collecting patient data, making observations and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients.
• Will also direct and supervise care given by other nursing staff members as needed.
