Job summary

Fundamental in Mitchellville, MD is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our nursing team. Every other weekend night shift is available, offering meaningful patient care and teamwork in a long-term care setting.

You will deliver nursing care under supervision, collect patient data, and help supervise other staff to ensure quality patient outcomes. A current LPN license and reliable transportation are required, with 1+ year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed LPN in good standing with the state (as required).
• 1+ years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility strongly preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.

• Delivers nursing care under supervision, following the Nurse Practice Act and guidelines.
• Collects patient data, makes observations, and reports pertinent information to the care team.
• Directs and supervises care provided by other nursing staff as needed.

Posted Salary Range

USD $30.00 - $36.00 /Hr.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Works under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment.
• Responsible for delivering nursing care to patients requiring care, collecting patient data, making observations and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients.
• Will also direct and supervise care given by other nursing staff members as needed.
