Job summary

Fundamental in Texas seeks a Licensed Vocational Nurse to provide patient care within a long‑term care facility. You will work in tandem with a nursing staff and apply nursing judgment under supervision, delivering care, collecting data, and reporting findings.

The role may involve directing care and supervising other staff as needed, with full-time shifts across day and night periods. A stable, team‑oriented environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed LVN in good standing with the state (as required)
• 1+ years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility strongly preferred
• Reliable transportation required

7:00 am - 7:00 pm / 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Posted Salary Range

USD $31.00 - USD $34.50 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
