Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year experience as a Veterinary Technician or in a veterinary practice.
• Must be Credentialed Veterinary Technician in the state where the hospital is located.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients; obtain vitals and record in EMR.
• Assist veterinarian with appointments, surgeries, dentistry, and euthanasia under supervision.
• Process lab samples, manage medications, and maintain EMR records.
• Schedule appointments and educate clients; maintain inventory and AR.
• Prepare patients for procedures and monitor anesthetized patients.
