BlueSky Telepsych is expanding its clinician-led telehealth team, offering flexible, patient-centered behavioral health care from home. Clinicians have meaningful autonomy, with regular collaboration with prescribers to coordinate care and discuss cases.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) and open to licensing in multiple states (AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA).
• Significant prior clinical experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with diverse populations including LGBTQ+ and transgender communities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth psychotherapy from home with flexible days/hours.
• Collaborate regularly with prescribers in a team-based model (monthly discussions).
• Coordinate care to ensure privacy, security, and access to high-quality care.
• Engage in ongoing team staffing and professional development via virtual meetings.
