BlueSky Telepsych is expanding its team of therapists to provide high-quality telehealth behavioral health care from the comfort of your home. Clinicians choose their hours, maintain patient-focused practice, and join regular virtual staffings with prescribers to discuss cases and clinical topics.

We value collaboration across psychiatric and counselor providers and welcome licensed clinicians ready to work in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) and open to licensing in other states (AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA).
• Significant prior clinical experience as a clinical psychotherapist preferred but not required.
• Experience with diverse populations such as LGBTQ+ and transgender community desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Solid computer and basic technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate actively in a team-based format to coordinate between psychiatric and counselor providers.
• Provide telehealth psychotherapy from home with flexible days/hours chosen by the clinician.
• Participate in regular virtual staffing and monthly case discussions with collaborating prescribers.
