Job summary

OhioGuidestone is seeking an office-based Licensed Therapist for our counties in Ohio, with telehealth optional. The Therapist will provide diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and therapy for adults, adolescents, and families, across outpatient and community settings.

The role supports outpatient services with evidence-based approaches and is open to full-time or part-time schedules. A passion for community service and ongoing professional development is encouraged.

Qualifications

• LSW or LPC or CDCA licensure required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of behavioral health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family and group counseling to a diverse caseload.
• Complete evidence-based Treatment Plans after first encounter and review progress.
• Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients and families.
