Job summary

OhioGuidestone seeks a Therapist to provide diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, therapy, and counseling for adults, adolescents, and families. Services may be delivered via telehealth, outpatient offices, and/or community settings.

Under supervision, you will develop treatment plans, document progress, coordinate with partners, and participate in supervision. A Master’s degree and licensure are required, with flexibility for evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in counseling or social work with diverse caseload.
• Ability to provide individual, family, and group therapy.
• Knowledge of CPST, SUD, TBS, and related services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family and group counseling and psychotherapy.
• Complete documented treatment plans after first encounter and review progress.
• Maintain client and family documentation per agency guidelines.
• Respond to mental health emergencies in a culturally responsive manner.
• Coordinate with community resources and other professionals as needed.
