Job summary

OhioGuidestone is seeking a Therapist to provide diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and therapy for adults, adolescents, and families. Services may be delivered via telehealth, outpatient offices, or community settings in Ohio.

The role requires licensure (LSW/LCDC III/LPC/MFT) with a master’s degree or a bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of relevant experience. Expect collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and flexible scheduling to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Must hold LSW, LCDC III, LPC, or MFT license.
• Master’s Degree from an accredited program or Bachelor with 2 years’ related experience.
• Ability to travel to work locations and homes as needed; Ohio Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, therapy, and counseling for adults, adolescents, and families.
• Provide individual, family and group counseling, including cases with severe mental illness and SUD.
• Document treatment plans and progress notes; maintain licensure requirements.
• Coordinate with supervisors and community resources; advocate for clients as needed.
• Respond to mental health emergencies in a culturally responsive manner.
• Maintain licenses and participate in supervision; support team-based care.
