Job summary

OhioGuidestone is seeking a licensed or eligible therapist to provide diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and individual/family/group counseling. The role supports adults, adolescents, and families across telehealth, outpatient offices, and community settings.

The Therapist will collaborate with the Clinical Supervisor, maintain therapy progress notes, and coordinate with community partners. Must possess strong interpersonal skills and flexibility to meet client needs, including evenings

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field or a related program.
• LSW/LCD-C III, LPC, or MFT license or eligibility in Ohio.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of social work or counseling experience; or Bachelor’s in behavioral science/nursing.
• Proven ability to document treatment plans and progress notes accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family and group counseling.
• Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients and families.
• Complete treatment plans after initial encounter and review progress regularly.
• Respond to mental health emergencies in a culturally responsive manner.
• Coordinate referrals and access community resources as needed.
• Maintain documentation and comply with agency guidelines.
• Participate in supervision and maintain required licenses.
